As a frequent traveler for work, I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of town center. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff's attentiveness was just right. the Welsh-themed room names and tasteful decor added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. The room itself was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and clean, modern amenities. However, the lack of on-site parking was a minor inconvenience, but we were able to find a spot nearby. the staff's friendly demeanor made up for any shortcomings, ensuring a pleasant stay. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast and evening meal. the breakfast brioche bun and full English were particularly memorable. the service at the restaurant was impeccable, although the smoked salmon starter fell short of expectations. Despite some noise from the street at night and issues with the bathroom door, overall, the stay was enjoyable. the hotel's central location, friendly staff, and excellent food make it a solid choice for a stay in town center. I would consider returning in the summer to enjoy the terrace and garden furniture.
